State of the Legal Sector Survey 2025
What’s it like working in the legal sector? Read on to find out!
We’ve been asked by clients in the past to run staff surveys to gauge the mood and happiness of the workforce and to draw out any recurring issues or positives within the firm from the perspective of the most valuable resource – the employees.
With previous surveys generating really interesting results, we wanted to take the survey to the wider legal sector and see what state it’s in.
Would you be interested to know that the statement people agreed with the most was ‘I get on well with my co-workers’ while the one they agreed with the least was ‘I generally feel more productive working from home than in the office’. Time to encourage people out of remote working perhaps? Maybe it’s the positive interaction with their colleagues that helps them feel better about the day?
